FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, machines for separation of seeds from cucurbits crop fruit.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, fruit destructing device and device for separation of seeds from ground heap, said devices being positioned within hopper. Device for separation of seeds from ground heap has ceiling and rod-type bottoms. Fruit destructing device is equipped with feeding conveyor and is made in the form of three rubberized rolls having rotational drive and being made of various diameters. Roll of maximum diameter is positioned within bearing supports and is connected to drive through elastic coupling. Shield is mounted above this roll. Rolls of medium and minimum diameter are positioned for rotation in opposite directions, are spring-loaded and kinematically connected to roll of maximum diameter through synchronizing transmission and have return chamber positioned rearward of rolls and conjugated with ceiling. Device for separating of seeds from ground heap is mounted between rod-type bottoms, above juice collecting tray. This device is made in the form of pair of beaters rotating in opposite directions and kinematically connected through synchronizing transmission. Beaters are equipped with strikers formed as round rods. Strikers are positioned in parallel with axis of rotation of beaters, in diametrical plane, and are connected with beater casings through double-armed levers mounted thereon. Strikers of one beater are positioned relative to strikers of other beater with rotation around axis of rotation of one of them through angle of 90 deg.

EFFECT: reduced cost of product and improved quality of standard seed yield.
