SUBSTANCE: method for making cup (2) for capsule (1) for making tinctures or instant drinks includes joint casting under pressure of cup (2) of multilayer plastic material with an external layer, an internal layer and an intermediate layer with a gas barrier. Cup (2) is a solid case equipped with inlet (21) and, on the opposite side, with bottom (3) having nozzle (32). Cup (2) also has inner base (33) containing completely closed central part (310) closing nozzle (32). Further, the method includes partial cutting of central part (310) for creating at least one hole (314) connecting an inner part of cup (2) and nozzle (32).
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for a finished drink flow from a capsule that is isolated and safe for the treatment.
