Rheophonographic examination is additionally applied when questionable clinical, diaphanoscopic and X-ray frontal sinuses examination results are obtained. Asymmetry coefficient being greater than 24% on rheophonogram, exudate is considered to be available in the sinus that points out to severe exudative disease form and surgical intervention is considered to be indicated.
EFFECT: reliable method for determining disease severity degree with complete set of surgical intervention indications being produced.
