FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed separator comprises vertical cylindrical housing, upper and lower covers, intake, discharge and drain branch pipes, separation package, false bottom, deflector arranged nearby intake branch pipe and constricted by the housing wall inner surface, as well as by deflector horizontal upper and lower covers and vertical vent plate. Aforesaid vertical bent flexible plate is rigidly fixed in cantilever to separator housing wall and, partly, to adjoining faces of deflector covers. Free ends of aforesaid plate can displace along the surfaces of deflector lower and upper covers at acute angle to outcoming gas flow. The plate can deflect relative to separator axis, acted upon by gas flow coming out from the deflector.
EFFECT: constant swirled flow rate, invariable efficiency at varying separator intake gas flow parametres.
