FIELD: foundation construction, particularly to built structures on non-uniformly collapsible soil in karst developing zones, namely to erect chimneys, ventiduct, water towers and similar high structures.
SUBSTANCE: method is adapted to eliminate increasing structure inclination resulting from growing non-uniform ground base settlement, which causes vertical deviation of structure center of gravity, appearance of structure mass eccentricity, as well as formation and increase of tilting moment Mt, which results in plastic ground segment sliding along with foundation displacement over cylindrical slickenside. Method involves providing geodesic leveling of the structure; determining structure inclination angle and direction equal to foundation inclination; adhering targets provided with reference grids in characteristic foundation points; directing beam generated by laser leveling instrument or laser aiming device at each target so that beam end concur with coordinate origin; mounting steel reactive buttresses provided with nozzles connected to buttress bases; connecting suction dredge inlet flange of each nozzle to inject plasticized working agent into nozzles; pivotally connecting head of each reactive buttress with massive structure; switching-on suction dredges of reactive buttresses; injecting plasticized working agent into nozzles in pulsed mode and creating reversal moment Mr, which compensates tilting moment Mt; providing plastic shift under foundation base; creating plastic hinge; providing ground segment sliding along with foundation base over cylindrical surface about slip arch center O in opposite direction due to reversal moment Mr application; causing shift of plastic hinge of ground over cylindrical slickenside sliding along with foundation about slip arch center O and gradually eliminating structure inclination; controlling inclination decrease from spots of reflected laser beam moving over target reference grids; correcting inclination decrease; selectively switching-on suction dredges and fully eliminating structure inclination; switching-off suction dredges to liquidate hinge in ground segment under foundation base and fixing structure in design position.
EFFECT: provision of structure inclination and possibility to retain structure in design position.
