FIELD: foundation construction, particularly to built structures on non-uniformly collapsible soil in developing zones, namely to erect chimneys and ventiducts.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing geodesic leveling of the structure; determining structure inclination angle and direction equal to foundation inclination; determining excessive ground volume under foundation from foundation side characterized by lesser depression, which prevents inclination elimination; setting number and diameter of wells adapted for ground taking from foundation side characterized by lesser foundation depression and determining well lengths from a given relation; adhering targets provided with reference grids in characteristic foundation points; directing beam generated by laser leveling instrument or laser aiming device at each target so that beam end concur with coordinate origin; mounting support plates and buttresses provided with bases and heads; pivotally connecting buttress heads with pipe and securing buttress bases designed distance Δ above support panels; drilling inclined wells under foundation towards center of gravity of ground to be sucked up to well connection with each other; filling the wells with clay sludge; lowering downhole oscillator in each well under center of gravity of ground to be sucked; switching-on downhole oscillators to transmit oscillations to clay sludge and neighboring areas; accelerating ground base depression under structure mass; sucking excessive ground from under foundation with wells filled with clay sludge; gradually eliminating structure inclination with the use of structure mass; controlling inclination decrease from spots of reflected laser beam moving over target reference grids; correcting inclination decrease by selectively switching-on downhole oscillators; continuing ground sucking with wells and fully eliminating structure inclination up to gap Δ closing and up to buttress contact with support plates; removing downhole oscillators; filling empty well areas with clay pulp and bringing structure into operation.
EFFECT: increased reliability, service life and stability of building structure and extended time of high service performance retention.
