FIELD: engineering of steam generators for power installations, primarily steam-turbine ones, using steam as working body, which is generated by mixing high temperature products of combustion of hydrogen with oxygen with water as ballasting component.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention mini steam generator is powered by chemical oxygen-hydrogen fuel with addition of ballasting water and has electric ignition. Device has ignition unit, combustion chamber, mixing chamber, supplying mains, including those for supplying oxidizer (oxygen), fuel (hydrogen), ballasting water. Ignition unit and mixing chamber are combined in form of unified unit of igniting fore-chamber and mixing head ensuring supply of ballasting water for external cooling of combustion chamber at an angle to direction of combustion product flow effusing from intermediate nozzle separating combustion and mixing chambers, while ballasting water is fed at an angle to stream of combustion products with consideration of given mixing scale. Outlet of stream of combustion products into mixing chamber is realized on basis of sudden expansion principle to ensure required level of evenness of field of temperatures when supplying whole flow of ballasting water in one belt, which, in its turn, realizes cooling of combustion chamber by full flow of ballasting water.
EFFECT: more efficient working process organization plan, decreased heat losses, decreased length of high temperature zone of device, ensured practically even field of temperatures of generated steam, decreased mass and dimensions of device.
