SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to provide for steam generation and is to find application in steam generators. The proposed high-temperature hydrogenic steam generator featuring combustion chamber combined cooling operates on chemical fuel with ballasting water addition, features electric ignition and contains a combustion chamber with a cylindrical part and a nozzle providing for its connection to the mixing chamber, a mixing chamber with an output nozzle and supply mains for delivery of chemical fuel and ballasting water. The combustion chamber coolant circuit is split in two sections: circuit for the combustion chamber cylindrical part hydrogen cooling and circuit for the combustion chamber intermediary nozzle ballasting water cooling. The invention provides for potential increase of pressure and temperature inside the steam generator and improvement of the latter's operational efficiency.
