FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: hydrogen-oxygen steam generator is equipped with ignition device. System includes oxidiser (oxygen) and fuel (hydrogen) main supply lines, hydrogen-oxygen combustion chamber of original non-stoichiometric oxidation, afterburning hydrogen-oxygen combustion chamber of stoichiometric oxidation, mixing cavity of high temperature steam with live steam in area before high pressure cylinder of steam turbine. Afterburning hydrogen-oxygen combustion chamber of stoichiometric oxidation is made in the form of diffuser arranged in mixing cavity of high temperature steam with live steam.

EFFECT: live steam superheating is achieved in NPP cycle at its temperature which is lower than self-ignition temperature of hydrogen mixed with oxygen.
