SUBSTANCE: one should chop and freeze new white cabbage, blanch and cut fresh field mushrooms, cut, blanch and grate white roots, cut skinned fish fillet, grate onions, fry wheat flour and mix cabbage and fresh field mushrooms at oxygen-free technique to obtain garnish followed by mixing white roots, onions, wheat flour, melted butter, fish broth, common salt, citric acid, hot black pepper and laurel leaf to obtain sauce. The mixture obtained should be packed to be sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to obtain new canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
