SUBSTANCE: in the method of generating quadrature amplitude-shift keyed signals, an incoming information bit stream is divided into blocks of four bits each. A sinusoidal signal is then generated, from which initial values of voltage of in-phase and quadrature components are generated, which are keyed depending on the values of the first, second, third and fourth bits of the information bit stream, and the summed. Phases of the in-phase and quadrature components are changed by 180° at values of the first and second information bits equal to one, respectively. The in-phase and quadrature components are then keyed depending the values of each third and fourth bit.

EFFECT: low mean power value and peak factor of the generated quadrature amplitude-shift keyed signal structure by reducing differences in amplitude values of signal constellation vectors, which improves noise-immunity.
