FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should cut a peritoneal fragment out of hernial sac for covering posterior wall of inguinal canal from lateral fossa up to pubic tubercle to apply and fix this fragment upon transverse fascia its mesothelial cover being outwards. It is necessary to suture up a polypropylene netting being above peritoneal fragment with non-tightening technique being behind a spermatic funiculus. Aponeurosis of external oblique muscle of abdomen should be sutured in either above or under the spermatic funiculus. The innovation enables to prevent the development of seromas.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
