SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel α-(N-sulfonamido)acetamides of the formula (I) 
or their optical isomers wherein values R1, R, R2 and R3 are given in the invention claim. Proposed compounds are inhibitors of production of β-amyloid peptide and can be used for inhibition of production of β-amyloid peptide. Also, invention relates to pharmaceutical composition based on these compounds and to a method for inhibition of production of β-amyloid peptide.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal property of compounds and pharmaceutical composition.
