SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sulfonamide-containing heterocyclic compound represented by the formula (I)
to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or their hydrates wherein values A, B, K, T, W, X, Y, U, V, Z and R1 are given in cl. 1 of the invention. Invention relates also to intermediate compounds of the formula (II):
and to a method for preparing compound represented by the formula (IV) given in the description of invention, to an anti-tumor agent, agent inhibiting metastasizing of malignant tumor based on compounds of the formula (I). Invention provides preparing new compounds used for aims of prophylaxis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy, rheumatic arthritis, hematoma, for suppression of metastasizing of malignant tumor.
EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
