SUBSTANCE: invention relates to (-)-1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt comprising 5 wt.-%, not above, of its corresponding (+)-enantiomer. Also, invention relates to a composition used in treatment or prophylaxis of disorders relieved by inhibition of dopamine reuptake and containing the effective dose of (-)-1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and comprising 5 wt.-%, not above, of its corresponding (+)-enantiomer and pharmaceutically an acceptable carrier of excipient.
