FIELD: textile technique and processes, in particular, dressing machines of spinning industry, more particular, preparing of loom bean for spinning process, and papermaking and drying machines.
SUBSTANCE: method involves positioning emitters and reflectors on immovable hollow shaft within drum along its generatrix in spaced relation with respect to drum internal surface which is made black, each emitter being arranged in focus of associated concave reflector; directing reflected radiation beam on drum internal surface and connecting emitters with electric energy source through voltage regulator. Six emitters are positioned on shaft and radiation is uniformly directed onto entire internal cylindrical surface. Their centers of gravity are aligned with geometrical axis of drum and emitters are arranged in the form of six-rayed star at equal angular distance from one another. Hollow shaft is made as continuous three-dimensional thin-walled reflector with cross-section made in the form of six-rayed star with portion between rays being concave and said concavity being directed to drum axis. Emitters are arranged coaxially with respect to focal axes of reflector concave portions and connected thereto by detachable connector. In each pair, emitters are connected in parallel with one of phases of three-phase electric main with single neutral conductor through three-phase voltage regulator. Wires of electric wiring are laid to emitters from reflector ends. Covers at drum ends are made in the form of identical six-rayed stars whose ray ends are joined through detachable or non-detachable connectors to their edges at points aligned with emitter rays. Phase conductors are laid to emitters at their one side and neutral conductor(s) at their opposite side.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of dressing machine during heating of machine, improved aligning of drum geometric axis with axis of immovable shaft, emitters and reflectors without necessity for rotation of shaft, increased service life of heaters and convenient repair and replacement of heaters, reduced weight of drying drum and decreased consumption of power.
