FIELD: railway transport: permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening rails to reinforced concrete ties. Proposed rail fastening contains elastic clamp made in form of torsional spring each coil of which contains extended sections. First end of clamp being extension of one of extended sections and secured in anchor projecting beyond its limits is essentially a lever made for thrusting against rail foot. First and second ends of clamp are secured in anchor in relatively perpendicular planes. Thrust section of second end of clamp is located before anchor. Rail fastening is provided with insulating insert made in form of angle plate on horizontal web of which resting on rail foot metal plates is secured. Area of plate is commensurable with area of horizontal web. Inner wall of vertical web of angle plate trusts against rail foot. Outer wall of vertical web of angle plate is in contact with anchor and thrust section of second end of clamp. For this purpose setting slot for anchor is made in outer wall of vertical web of angle plate. Horizontal web of angle plate is furnished with projection whose side wall is extension of outer wall of vertical web of angle plate on section of contact with thrust section of second end of clamp.
EFFECT: provision of adjustment of rail position in height up to 20 mm and more, prevention of electric corrosion of reinforced concrete tie reinforcement and failures at dispatcher's station owing to reliable design of insulating insert.
