FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed continuous combustion rotary engine has body with annular space accommodating eccentrically installed rotor with vanes radially fitted in its slots and dividing annular space into variable working spaces, mechanism taking up centrifugal force of vanes, gas exchange and fuel delivery system made in form of channels and pipelines, combustion chamber brought out of the limits of working volumes. Mechanism taking up centrifugal force of vanes is made in form of two cups installed on bearings concentrically to body, and shoes or rollers installed on vane trunnions for turning relative to trunnions and resting on inner surfaces of cups. Combustion chamber is connected simultaneously with zones of compression and expansion.
EFFECT: increased service life of engine, reduced friction losses.
