FIELD: oil extractive industry, possible use during extraction of watered oil for decreasing speed of creation of high viscosity water-oil emulsion in lifting pipes column by organizing alternating feed of oil and water into intake of well pump.

SUBSTANCE: intake device of well pump contains sedimentation chamber connected to the sub of receiving section of well pump. In aforementioned chamber, U-shaped supplying branch pipe is partially located, its inlet end exiting the sedimentation chamber. Below sedimentation chamber a barrel with apertures in upper part is located, aforementioned barrel being connected to sedimentation chamber by inlet channel made in form of a pipe. An additional chamber is located between chamber and barrel and equipped with upper and lower lids. Inlet channel is composed of upper and lower branch pipes, plugged from top and bottom respectively, provided with respectively top and bottom side apertures. Upper branch pipe is rigidly connected to upper lid of additional chamber and is non-hermetically connected to well pump sub. Lower branch pipe is rigidly connected to lower lid and barrel bottom. Additional chamber is connected by means of upper and lower branch pipes through upper and lower side apertures respectively to internal spaces of sedimentation chamber and barrel. Inlet end of U-shaped supply branch pipe is made in form of side apertures in sedimentation chamber, positioned on the same level with upper side apertures of upper branch pipe. U-shaped supply branch pipe is formed by a pipe which is hermetically inserted between upper lid of additional chamber and the sub in intake section of well pump, and which is located between sedimentation chamber and upper branch pipe and is made with side apertures locate above the side apertures of sedimentation chamber.

EFFECT: lower costs and laboriousness of device manufacture, increased maintainability, increased reliability of device operation in wells with highly viscous oil.
