FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering, namely to the system for automatic control of the boiler low-power combustion process with the low-temperature fluidized bed, and namely for the boilers with the exhaust gas recirculation. Higher efficiency of the system and method of its operation consists in improvement of efficiency of the boiler itself and level of boiler automation by increasing efficiency of control of its combustion process at transient and stationary modes. Automatic control system of boiler low-power combustion process with low-temperature fluidized bed consists of programmable logic controller (PLC) with regulator control units, to which sensors and actuators installed on the boiler are connected to cables, at that, on the low-temperature fluidized bed boiler, actuators with electric drives and frequency-controlled drives are installed, fluidized bed, CO and O2 temperature sensors, water temperature and pressure at booster inlet and outlet, actuators for controlling fuel supply, inertia adjustment, inlet air mix gates regulation with control channels, rarefaction, removal of inert with sensors, control and safety devices, frequency-controlled drives of smoke exhaust fan, fuel feeder, as well as ignition chamber control devices. Method for automatic control of boiler low-power combustion process with low-temperature fluidized bed consists in removal of data (readings) from instruments and sensors installed on boiler, transfer of said analogue data by means of analog-digital converters into digital form, supply of digital data to PLC, their processing according to the operating mode card of the boiler and outputting signals to control units of control units, from which commands by cables are transmitted to actuators installed on the boiler, depending on readings from instruments and sensors installed on boiler, at that in PLC according to the operating mode chart of the boiler parameters and dependencies of the following modes of boiler automatic control are prescribed: boiler ignition, boiler load, negative pressure in furnace of boiler with correction for CO and O2, fluidized bed temperature, fluidized bed height, steam-water mixture level in the boiler drum, fuel level in the storage hopper.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency.
