FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: system for automatic control of combustion process in a power plant for combustion of solid fuel with an active waste heat boiler of a high-temperature fluidized bed consists of programmable controller (1) with regulator control units. On boiler unit (2) there are actuators with frequency-controlled drives (3…6), to which cables are connected: gas analyser (7), fluidized bed temperature sensor (8), water temperature and pressure at inlet (9, 10) and outlet (11, 12) from boiler unit. Actuators are installed to control fuel supply (13), for air mixture fan (14) with channels of regulation of zonal primary blowing, which include gate (15…18) with pressure sensors (19…22) of zonal adjustment, total pressure (23) with actuators (24…27) with electric drive. Secondary blowing control channel includes control gate (28), pressure sensor (29) and actuator (30) with electric drive. Regulation of rarefaction is performed by actuating mechanism of exhauster (38) with rarefaction sensors (39), removal of slag and ash by drive of movable grate (40). Variable-frequency drives are installed on fan (14), smoke exhaust fan (38), fuel feeder (41), movable grate for removal of slag and ash (42). At that outlet branch pipe of outgoing hot gases from diesel-generator is divided into two branch pipes, on which the first adjustable gate (32) with actuating mechanism with electric drive (33) and the second adjustable gate (34) with actuating mechanism with electric drive (35) of used gases from diesel-generator. First gate (32) with silencer of noise (43) performs exhaust gas exhaust to the atmosphere, the outlet of second gate (34) is connected to the inlet to the air supply pipeline and performs by-pass of the exhaust gases into the pressure line of the primary air supply. On the air supply line after fan (14) there is control valve (36) with an actuator with electric drive (37). Adjustable gate valves (32, 34, 36) are connected by cables to corresponding control units of regulators of automatic control system.

EFFECT: increased level of automation by system of automatic control of process of combustion of heat recovery boiler of diesel-generator exhaust gas and increased efficiency of combustion process control at transient and stationary modes.
