FIELD: the invention refers to technological processes of dehydration and drying in vacuum and may be used for processing for utilization of wastes of poultry and swine-breeding farms, of plants producing alcohol and beer and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a technological chamber, inlet and outlet heat exchangers, an unit for collection of condensate. It is provided with an additional heat exchanger whose one inlet is connected with the outlet of the heat exchanger and the other through a pump - with a unit of loading of starting material. At that one outlet of the additional heat exchanger is connected with the inlet of the outlet heat exchanger and the second outlet of the additional heat exchanger is connected with the unit of loading of starting material. At that the outlet and the inlet of the condenser of the heat pump are connected with the inlet and the outlet of the outlet heat exchanger.
EFFECT: provides increase of efficiency, adaptation to manufacturing, productivity of the dehydration process.
