FIELD: agriculture; alcohol industry; brewing industry; food industry; medicine industry; microbiology industry; other industries; methods and devices of the power-saving dehydration and vacuum drying.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the processes of dehydration and the vacuum drying, including the processes of treatment of the substances and materials in the evaporation machines, the vacuum driers, the devices of the low-temperature dehydration in vacuum, etc., and may be used for reprocessing and utilization of the wastes of the poultry and pig-breeding farms, the alcohol distilleries, breweries and also in the food industry, medicine equipment industry, microbiological and other industries. The method of the power-saving dehydration and vacuum drying provides, that the heat energy of the steam separated during the dehydration process in the vacuum technological chamber from the source material by the heat exchangers connected by steam pipelines with the vacuum technological chamber has the possibility to be withdrawn by the water cooling the heat exchangers and to be fed into the heat exchangers, through one of which the cold source material is pumped, and through another one - the working medium of the heat pump is pumped over. At that the escaping heat has the possibility to heat up the source material, and the working medium, which is moving through the sealed technological heat exchangers-evaporators with the tubular grooves of the vacuum technological chamber, on which the dehydrated and preliminary heated source material is arranged and moving. The above indicated device according to the invention additionally contains the heat exchanger, inside which on one side there is the source material pumped over and routed into the vacuum technological chamber, and on the other side - the hot water from the heat exchanger, in which the steam is condensed, which have been separated in the technological chamber as the result of the process of the dehydration of the source material; the heat exchanger-evaporator of the heat pump, through which it is possible to gate through the hot water from the heat exchanger, in which the steam is condensed, which is separated in the chamber as the result of the process of the dehydration of the source material, and the heat exchanger-condenser of the heat pump, which has the possibility to transfer the heat energy to the working medium of the technological heat exchangers-evaporators with the tubular grooves.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reprocessing and utilization of the wastes of the poultry and pig-breeding farms, the alcohol distilleries, breweries, the food industry, medicine equipment industry, microbiological and other industries.
