SUBSTANCE: venous gleaner has probe and coagulation and cutting tool that has at least two electrodes and one edge opening for introducing probe. At least two electrodes of at east two electrodes are disposed along perimeter of coagulation and cutting instrument, in area of edge opening. According to other version, coagulation and cutting tool has at least one electrode and one edge opening for introducing probe. At least some part of probe is made in form of electrode. Coagulation and cutting can be made in one step; surrounding tissues are not damaged or are damaged insignificantly as well as venous side appendices.
EFFECT: improved efficiency; reduced traumatism of tissues.
