FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to electrosurgical forceps. The forceps are presented with the first and second branches to grip a hollow organ and comprise at least one neutral electrode on the second branch; a portion of the second branch has a U-section, while the neutral electrode is provided on an internal surface of the U-section; at least one first coagulation electrode and one second coagulation electrode are arranged on the first branch to supply the first high-frequency current by the coagulation electrodes and the neutral electrode; a portion of the first branch has a reverse U-section; when the forceps are closed, the hollow organ is gripped between the first coagulation electrode and the neutral electrode and between the second coagulation electrode and the neutral electrode; at least one cutting device is arranged between the coagulation electrodes for dissection of the hollow organ within the incision. The cutting device comprises at least one cutting electrode to supply the second high-frequency current, and the coagulation electrodes are spaced so that the supplied first high-frequency current does not flow through the incision or is insignificant in this area.
EFFECT: using the invention enables to extend the range of electrosurgical aids.
