FIELD: the invention refers to the modes of definition of moisture and may be used in petrochemical industry particularly for rapid analysis of quality of aviation kerosene.
SUBSTANCE: the mode of placing the investigated liquid in a cuvette in the cavity of a cylindrical resonator chamber. The cuvette is placed at the low end-face wall of the cylindrical resonator chamber, the longitudinal axle of the cuvette is combined with the longitudinal axle of the cylindrical resonator chamber, a longitudinal axle of the cylindrical resonator chamber is installed perpendicularly to the horizon. An electromagnetic field of H011 type is excited in the resonator and the changing of the soundness of the cylindrical resonator chamber according to which activity concentration of dissolved moisture caused by introduction of researched material in the cylindrical resonator chamber is measured. Additionally electromagnetic field of E010 type excited, the changing of the soundness of the cylindrical resonator chamber with the vibration E010 causedby introduction of investigated material is measured and according to known activity concentration of dissolved moisture and the changing of the soundness of the cylindrical resonator chamber with vibration E010 one can judge about activity concentration of sedimentary moisture.
EFFECT: possibility of separate definition of activity concentration of dissolved and sedimentary moisture in liquid hydrocarbon.
