SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes meat cutting and roasting in melt fat; carrot, potato, and onion cutting and roasting in melt fat; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; red hot pepper and gardenstuff cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
