SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes meat cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; onion, carrot, and potato cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh white cabbage and onion shredding, freezing, and chopping; red hot pepper cutting and chopping; gardenstuff chopping; Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt, and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete species, black pepper and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
