SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh red headed cabbage and onion shredding and freezing; apples and paprika cutting and freezing; sausage and parsley and celery green cutting, orange peel and garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with dry red wine, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, bayberry, and nutmeg. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
