SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food due to preparing all the recipe components, chopping and freezing new red cabbage and onions; cutting and freezing apples and sweet pepper, cutting smoked pork and parsley and celery greens; grating orange peel and garlic followed by mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with dry red wine, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, Jamaica pepper and nutmeg. The obtained mixture and bone broth should be packed at the preset expenses of components. New canned food for cosmic nutrition is of higher digestibility.
