SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh red-headed cabbage, onion, apples, and paprika shredding, freezing, and chopping; pork cutting and chopping; parsley and celery green chopping, orange peel and garlic pulping. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, dry red wine, sugar, table salt, citric acid, and CO2-extracts from pyrolysis wood, bayberry, and nutmeg. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
