FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to prepare all recipe components, cut squid fillet, carrots and green onions, chop new white head cabbage to be frozen then, mix the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with common salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. Then it is important to pack the mixture obtained and mayonnaise to be sealed and sterilized. This widens the quantity of technical efforts and dishes applied at manufacturing canned food that enables to increase their digestibility. Digestibility of canned food corresponds to 12.4.104, and that of the one applied for manufacturing canned food - 9.1.104.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
