SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of canned snacks. Canned food is cooked by preparing of recipe ingredients, eggs boiling, peeling and cutting, potatoes and cucumbers cutting and blanching, laminaria cutting and blanching, lettuce, spring onions and herbs cutting and freezing, skin-off rockfish fillet cutting, mixing of listed ingredients with salt, calcium sorbate, hot black pepper and laurel leaf under oxygen-free conditions. Obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed according to the mentioned withdrawal of components: skin-off rockfish fillet 231.25, eggs 68.75, laminaria 137.5, cucumbers 136.25, potatoes 200-210.94, lettuce 82.5, spring onions 68.75, herbs 23.44, salt 12, calcium sorbate 0.79, hot black pepper 0.1, laurel leaf 0.1, mayonnaise 1000. Obtained mixture is sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserves are highly digestive.
