FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sewing white line aponeurosis with resorbable suture material as follows. First, continuous U-shaped suture is placed in doing in-pierces from external aponeurosis surface side. Lower wound angle is reached and fixation the nearest tissues takes place. U-shaped suture is placed in the opposite direction so that in-pierce places coincide with in-pierces of the previous suture. Upper wound angle is reached. Both ends of suture material are tied together and fixed to the nearest adjacent tissues.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; close adjacency of homogeneous tissues; uniform tension distribution over the suture length.
