FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed method comprises applying face and inner layers of suspension based on alumina-boron-phosphate concentrate on pattern, their dusting and drying. Applied face and subsequent layers represent suspension containing the following components in wt %: alumina-boron-phosphate concentrate 18-25, water 15-20, polyvinyl alcohol 1-3, dusty refractory filler making the rest. Suspension face layer is dusted by periclase with grain size of 160-200 mcm. Dusting of the next layers is performed by periclase with grain size of 250-300 mcm or by mix of periclase and haydite with grain size of 250-300 mcm and 400-500 mcm, respectively, taken at the volume ratio of (2-4):1.
EFFECT: accelerated molding, higher strength of ceramic moulds.
