FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises applying layers of liquid-glass coat on investment pattern by dipping pattern with afore made coat into fixation solution of silica-boron-phosphate concentrate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose taken in 4:1 ratio by volume. Solution is first poured into ultrasound bath to provide ultrasound effect of 1…5 W/cm2. At the same time, evacuation at residual air pressure of (0.1…0.5)×105 Pa is carried out.
EFFECT: optimum level of bubbles dispersion, improved physical and mechanical properties of patterns and rods.
