FIELD: rubber industry; other industries; methods and the installations for manufacture of the non-vulcanized tires.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to rubber industry, in particular, to manufacture of the non-vulcanized tires and may be used at manufacture of the tire casings of the pneumatic tires, for example, for the passenger motor cars. The installation for manufacture of the non-vulcanized tires consists of the drum for assemblage of the breaker strip breaker strip, the drum for assemblage of the tread, the drum for assemblage of the carcass of the tire and the drum for assemblage of the tire. The installation also includes the devices for transfer of the certain semi-products from one device to other, the device for retention of the bead cores of the tires and the assembly set of the carcass of the tire, the stitching device and the servicing blocks for feeding of the materials. Installation is mounted on two parallel transfer conveyors. On the first transfer conveyor there are the mounted drum for assemblage of the carcass and the drum for assemblage of the tire. On the first transfer conveyor there is the mounted device for installation of the bead cores of the tires and the assembly set of the tire carcass. On the second transfer conveyor there is the mobile drum for assemblage of the breaker strip and the drum for assemblage of the tire tread. The installation has the auxiliary conveyer arranged on the site of the finishing operations. The site of the finishing operations is arranged on the first transfer conveyor. The installation has the second transferring ring for feed of the assembly set consisting of the breaker strip and the tire tread to the site of the finishing operations for removal of the ready non-vulcanized tire. The installation has the device for the helical winding of the narrow band connected with the winding drum. The installation has the servicing blocks and the stitching device. The drum for assemblage of the carcass of the tire and the drum for assemblage of the tire are arranged with the capability of relocation on the first transfer conveyor. The first transfer ring for transfer of the breaker strip from the assembly drum for assemblage of the breaker strip onto the drum for assemblage of the tire tread is arranged between the mounted mobile drum for assemblage of the breaker strip and the drum for assemblage of the tire tread. The invention provides for the method of manufacture of non-vulcanized tires. The invention presents the method of manufacture of the radial tires for the transportation vehicles.
