FIELD: food processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed product from oat and soybean is prepared by heat treatment, milling, and blending. Soybeans are heat treated at 60-100°C and pressure of 64-67 mmHg. Oat is heat treated by sequential steps of steaming at 120-170°C, drying at 40-60°C and firing at 120-170°C.
EFFECT: dietary protein-enriched product.
