FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry namely of technology of grain and concentrate production and can be used for production of hot drink for children of preschool and school age and for dietary feeding. According to the production method pearl barley, oat grains, sprouts of triticale grains, rye grains, wheat embryo flakes are used as raw materials. Pearl barley, oat grains, sprouts of triticale grains and rye grains are previously cleaned and fried separately at 165-175°C during 55-65 minutes till humidity not more than 5%, wheat embryo flakes are fried at 145-150°C during 10-15 minutes till humidity not more than 5%. After that all components are cooled till 20-25°C, milled and mixed in following mass percent: pearl barley 20-22, oat grains 12-14, sprouts of triticale grains 41-43, rye grains 8-10 and wheat embryo flakes 14-16.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain new specialised product based on grains with increased food value.
