SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pork and green onion cutting, blending with sugar, table salt, and red hot pepper, holding for 1 h and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; carrot blanching and chopping; garlic pulping; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended with pearlsago and bone broth. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
