SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pork and green onion cutting, blending with sugar, table salt, and red hot pepper, holding for 1 h; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; carrot blanching and cutting; garlic pulping; wheat flour sautéing. Abovementioned components are blended with pearlsago. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
