SUBSTANCE: device comprises receiving bridge, double-layer rack including posts and longitudinal beams. Posts of lower layer are paired. Upper rack layer comprises separate platforms supported by paired posts of lower layer. The platforms are defined by longitudinal and transversal beams and provided with decks. Transversal beam ends are provided with funnel-shaped members, which cooperate with heads of paired lower layer beams. Upper layer posts are coaxially installed on transversal beams to provide pipe laying in several rows. Platform decks have cuts for funnel-shaped member receiving. The platforms have service operating floors and guard railing.
EFFECT: extended field of operational capabilities for drill pipe and casing pipe storage due to increased rack capacity and increased drilling platform autonomy during well grid drilling and construction.
