FIELD: medicine, hematology, laboratory diagnosis.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out molecular-genetic analysis of the hemostasis system and severe course of disseminated intravascular blood coagulation acute syndrome is prognosticated in case of detection of 4G/4G variant of polymorphism in gene encoding plasminogen activator inhibitor of the first type. Invention provides possibility for prognosis of development of severe disseminated blood coagulation in patients of risk group subjecting to highly technological surgery operations. Invention can be used for prognosis of severity of acute syndrome of disseminated intravascular blood coagulation.
EFFECT: improved method of prognosis.
