METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING THROMBINEMIA IN PATIENTS WITH COVID-19 INFECTION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G01N33/50 C12Q1/6827 C12Q1/686

Abstract RU 2794035 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical laboratory diagnostics, infectology, resuscitation, and can be used to diagnose the development of thrombinemia in patients with Covid-19 infection. In patients with moderate to severe Covid-19 infection, 4.5 ml of venous blood is taken into a vacuum vacutainer with EDTA. A molecular genetic analysis of the genes of the hemostasis system is carried out by the polymerase chain reaction method, followed by a restriction analysis of the product. Upon detection of -675 4G/4G or -675 4G/5G genotype of the PAI-1 rs1799889 gene, or 20210 (G/A) genotype of the Factor II rs1799963 gene, or -455 G/A or -455 A/A genotype of the Factor I rs1800790 gene thrombinemia is diagnosed in patients with Covid-19 infection.

EFFECT: method provides effective diagnostics of the development of thrombinemia in patients with Covid-19 infection through the use of molecular genetic markers that determine the genetic determination for the development of thrombinemia during Covid-19 infection.
