FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery; resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for personalized prediction of the development of thromboembolic complications in urgent abdominal surgery. Venous blood is collected from a patient with an acute abdomen in the preoperative and early postoperative periods. In the preoperative period, a single analysis of the polymorphism of the plasminogen activator inhibitor gene — 675 4G/5G PAI-1 is performed. After surgery, the blood clotting reaction time and the content of free fatty acids and malondialdehyde are measured over time. Based on the data obtained, the thromboembolic complications prediction index (iTEC) is calculated. With an iTEC value of up to 3.5 inclusively, the absence of thromboembolic complications is predicted, with iTEC value from 3.6 to 4.9, a low risk of thromboembolic complications is predicted, with iTEC value of 5.0 and more, a high risk of thromboembolic complications is predicted.
EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of predicting the formation of thromboembolic consequences in the early postoperative period through the analysis of biochemical and molecular genetic parameters.
