FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: spectrum of combinational light dispersion from one examined cell is measured by means of optic confocal coherent tomography, using probing radiation with wavelength which does not get into band of cell chromophore absorption, cell is irradiated by resonance laser radiation, which gets into band of cell chromophore absorption and causes hyperthermia. Intensity of laser radiation is increased to value, which causes change of spectral components of combinational dispersion. Functional cell death is determined by threshold level of laser impact at which irreversible changes of spectral components of combinational impact arise.
EFFECT: application of method allows to realise non-invasive control of functional cell death in case of hyperthermia and determine threshold of functional cell injury irrespective of radiation type by irreversible change of molecular spectra of combinational cell dispersion.
