FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: magnet-controlled nanoparticles from magnetite Fe3O4 in physiological solution are used. Maximal size of nanoparticles does not exceed 100 nm, particles have coating from biologically compatible material. Created is space local constant magnetic field which has configuration commensurable in volume with tumor and having intensity which does not exceed 0.1 T. When maximal concentration of nanoparticles in tumor is obtained it is irradiated with pulse SHF radiation with frequency in range 2.4 GHz - 10 GHz.

EFFECT: method allows to destroy locally deeply located neoplasms with minimal destruction of surrounding healthy tissues, allows to perform operation without general anesthesia.
