SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes fresh Savoy cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; potato and celery cutting, blanching, and chopping; carrot blanching and chopping; beef top side, onion, and leek stem chopping; horseradish and apple grating. Abovementioned components are blended lemon juice, bone broth, sugar, table salt, and CO2-extracts of clove and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
