FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reconstructive and plastic surgery, and can be used for surgical treatment of lower eyelid in case of tumor genesis with reconstruction of support function of eyelid. Marking is performed on the area of the lower eyelid affected by the tumor, and on the area of the upper eyelid of the same side for sampling of a musculocutaneous flap of a palpebral part of a circular muscle of an eye with addition of 10% of a length of a marking on a lower eyelid. That is followed by excision of the new growth of the lower eyelid, then measuring the size and configuration of the formed defect of the lower eyelid. Further, a polymer film "Diplen-Denta" containing an antibacterial agent with thickness of 0.06 mm and dimensions of 50×100 mm is taken and an individual template is created. Then, a musculocutaneous flap of the palpebral part of the orbicular muscle of the eye is taken from the upper eyelid, musculocutaneous flap is placed on a hydrophobic surface of a polymer "Diplen-Denta" film. Musculocutaneous flap is fixed with interrupted sutures “Пролен 8-0” to the remains of the tarsal conjunctiva of the lower eyelid; then, the wound of the upper eyelid is closed with an intradermal suture with “Монокрил 5-0”.

EFFECT: method enables to prevent peripheral contouring of the implanted area, displacement of the implant and the development of pyoinflammatory processes in the wound, due to a combination of surgical techniques and the use of a polymer film containing antibacterial drugs.
