SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes partridge meat cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; fresh red-headed cabbage and onion shredding, freezing, and chopping; juniper chopping; wheat flour sautéing in melt butter. Abovementioned components are blended with dry red wine, bone broth, sugar, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts from micromycete of specific specie. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
